Full-Stack Developer
About the role
You’ll build web platforms and integrations for US clients — customer portals, operations dashboards, and the systems behind them. Our projects run from discovery to years past launch, so you’ll see the why behind every ticket and the client using what you shipped.
What you’ll do
Build and ship features across the stack — React front ends, .NET or Node services, SQL data layers.
Integrate third-party systems — accounting, shipping, CRM, payments — so client data flows instead of being re-typed.
Join discovery reviews and demos — your questions shape the requirement, not just the implementation.
Own quality: tests, code review, and releases your name can sit next to.
What we’re looking for
3+ years building production web applications end to end.
Solid React plus .NET or Node, and comfort with relational databases.
A habit of asking why — you’d rather understand the business than close the ticket.
Clear written English — you’ll work directly with the Houston team and clients.
