We structure builds as periodic releases: every few weeks, working software lands in your hands. Not screenshots, not status decks — software your team can click. Each release is a checkpoint on three things at once: does it match the requirement, is the budget where we said it would be, and has scope moved. You are never more than a few weeks from the truth.

Why we still plan like waterfall first

Pure improvisation is as risky as pure planning. Our approach pairs structured discovery up front — requirements, wireframes, a ranked feature set — with agile delivery after. The plan tells every release where it’s going; the releases tell the plan what reality thinks. It’s the best of both worlds, and it’s how a system as large as a full-scale WMS ships module by module without a big-bang gamble.

What this asks of you
